Your withdrawal has been received.You will receive a confirmation without delay by email at the address you provided. That email also contains the return address.

You can withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. In addition, as an extra service we give you 30 days after receipt to request a return for unopened, unused products. See also our terms and conditions.

What do you want to do? *

Fill in your details and click Withdraw from contract. You check your details and then confirm with Confirm withdrawal. You don't have to give a reason. You can also simply send an email to roel@superdupe.nl.

What happens after you withdraw?

  • You receive a confirmation by email without delay, with the return address.
  • Send the product to the return address in that email no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. The cost of returning it is for your account.
  • We refund the amount within 14 days of your withdrawal using the same payment method, including the standard shipping costs of the original order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you sent it back.
  • You may try out the product as you could in a shop. If you use it more than necessary for that, we may deduct a reduction in value.

Hygiene products. Products marked Hygiene product cannot be withdrawn from if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Extra service: 30-day returns

After the 14-day withdrawal period you can still request a return up to 30 days after receipt. This applies to unopened and unused products in the original packaging. To do so, choose Request a return in the form above.

  1. Fill in the form above and choose Request a return.
  2. Within 2 working days you receive an email with instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the product, well packed, to the return address in that email. Put your order number in the parcel.
  4. After receipt and inspection we process your refund or exchange.

Damaged, defective or wrong product?

Email us as soon as possible at roel@superdupe.nl, preferably with a photo and your order number. We then pay the return costs. Your statutory rights for a product that does not conform to the agreement remain fully intact.
